Two clearly separate ranges.

jerseys: the manufacturers’ original jerseys (Nike, adidas, Puma, New Balance, JAKO), new and unmodified. The only addition is the name and number printing, if you choose it as an option.

CRID creations: jerseys personalised by CRID, hand-embroidered (flowers, crests, patterns), with the name and number embroidered.

Yes. They are the manufacturer’s original products, sold new and without any modification. The only possible addition is the name and number printing, a paid option, in the lettering of the club or federation.

CRID is an independent shop: we are not affiliated with or sponsored by any club, federation or sportswear manufacturer.

A jersey personalised by CRID: the embroidery (flowers, crests, patterns) is done by hand, and the name and number are embroidered. It is not an club or federation jersey, but a CRID creation.

The composition is shown on the inside label of every jersey. For an jersey, it is the manufacturer’s original composition.

A name of up to 14 characters and a number from 1 to 999. Name only, number only, both or neither: you choose on the product page, which shows a preview, and the price updates as you go.

jersey: heat-pressed printing in the lettering of the club or federation, offered as a paid option.

CRID creation: the name and number are embroidered.

Every character you type counts towards the 14-character limit. On an jersey, the printing uses the club’s lettering: if a character does not exist in that lettering, the product page tells you before you add the jersey to your cart.

The exact amount is shown on the product page as soon as you make your choice, then in the cart. No personalisation surcharge appears at checkout.

A fully personalised jersey adds 5 business days to the usual 24 to 48 business hours of preparation, because it is made for your order alone.

Almost. We refuse any wording that is insulting, discriminatory, illegal or that infringes someone else’s rights, refund you in full and explain why. Everything else is your choice.

Only while production has not started. Write to info@cridfc.com as soon as possible with your order number: personalised jerseys go into production quickly.

All our jerseys come in S, M, L, XL and 2XL. An jersey keeps its manufacturer’s cut and sizing. The size guide is available on every product page.

If you are between two sizes, or want a looser fit, take the larger one.

Measure your chest at its widest point, keeping the tape flat and level, over a T-shirt. Then compare with the size guide on the product page.

Preparation: 24 to 48 business hours; a fully personalised jersey adds 5 business days.

Standard tracked shipping, free to every country we serve: 10 to 16 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping: €7.99 (converted into your currency), free on orders of €200 or more. Europe and Asia: 6 to 9 business days; United States: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. Follow it at any time on our order tracking page. No tracking number received? Write to info@cridfc.com.

We deliver to the countries offered at checkout: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States. Standard tracked shipping is free to all of them.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us. Delivery times do not include customs clearance.

Payment is due in full when you order, using the methods offered at checkout for your country: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay on compatible devices and, in some countries, Klarna.

It is processed by our payment providers: we never see or store your card number.

When Klarna is available for your country and your cart amount, it appears at checkout.

You can cancel free of charge as long as production has not started: write to info@cridfc.com as soon as possible with your order number. A personalised item goes into production immediately.

No. You can order without an account; an account simply lets you find your orders again.

Non-personalised item: 30 days from delivery to request a return; the item must come back unworn, unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging.

Personalised jersey (name or number): made for your order, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Check the spelling and number carefully before ordering.

In every case, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, including a printing mistake on our side, we send you a new one or refund you in full, and the return costs are on us. Write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Write to info@cridfc.com with your order number and the item concerned. We reply with the return address and a reference to put in the parcel. Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake, return costs are yours: use a tracked service.

Within 14 days of receiving the item and checking its condition, to your original payment method.

Follow the jersey’s care label first. As a general rule: 30 °C, inside out, gentle cycle, no bleach.

Avoid the tumble dryer: dry it on a hanger, out of direct sun. Iron inside out at a low temperature, and never directly on the name, the number or the embroidery.
