Preparation
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. A fully customised jersey adds 5 business days, because it is printed for your order alone.
Standard tracked shipping — free worldwide
Standard shipping is free to every country we serve, tracked from dispatch to delivery. Estimated delivery: 10 to 16 business days after dispatch.
Express shipping — €7.99, free from €200
Express is available at checkout for €7.99, converted into your currency, and it is free on orders of €200 or more.
- Europe and Asia: 6 to 9 business days after dispatch.
- United States: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves. You can follow it at any time on our order tracking page. If you have not received a tracking number, write to info@cridfc.com.
Delays, customs and duties
The times above are estimates after dispatch and exclude customs clearance, which we do not control. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country; these are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us.
Wrong address
Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we reship it once you have confirmed the correct address; the new shipment is at your expense.
