1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of the store and any order you place. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products

We sell football jerseys and related items, most of which can be personalised with a name and a number. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them; slight differences in colour may appear between screens and the item delivered.

3. Personalisation

Personalisation is limited to 14 characters for the name and a number from 1 to 999, and is available in Latin letters only. We print exactly what you enter, including spelling mistakes — please read your entry again before paying. We may refuse, without charge and with a full refund, any personalisation that is insulting, discriminatory, unlawful, or that infringes a third party's rights.

Because a personalised item is made to your specification, it is not covered by the right of withdrawal. See our return and refund policy.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes in the currency of your market, and exclude any import duties charged by your country. Payment is taken at the time of the order. An order is confirmed only once payment is accepted; we may cancel and refund an order in the event of an obvious pricing error or of a payment we cannot verify.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms and times are set out in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

6. Returns and guarantees

See our return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the legal guarantee of conformity or the guarantee against hidden defects.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this store — texts, photographs, logos and layout — may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage that results directly from a failure on our part. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, by a carrier's failure beyond our control, or by an incorrect address you supplied.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute that we cannot settle directly, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
