Items that are not personalised — 30 days

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on any item that has not been personalised. The item must come back unworn, unwashed, with its labels attached and in its original packaging.

Personalised items — no right of withdrawal

A jersey printed with a name or a number is made to your order and cannot be sold to anyone else. For that reason it cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind. This follows Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, and the national law that transposes it, which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Please check your spelling and your number before you order — we print exactly what you type.

If something is wrong, you are covered — personalised or not

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or different from what you ordered — including a printing mistake on our side — we replace it or refund it in full, whatever the item. Write to info@cridfc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. Return postage is on us in that case.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

How to return an item

  1. Email info@cridfc.com with your order number and the item concerned.
  2. We reply with the return address and a reference to put inside the parcel.
  3. Send the item back. Unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake, return postage is at your expense, and we recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund a parcel that never arrives.

Refunds

Once we receive the item and check its condition, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Where the withdrawal right applies, we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid; if you chose express delivery, we refund the amount of our standard offer.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge for as long as production has not started. Write to info@cridfc.com as soon as possible with your order number — personalised jerseys go into production quickly.
